GuaranteeWe offer our customers a 12 month guarantee on all of our products. - The guarantee becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later). - You must provide proof of delivery/purchase before any work can be carried out on your product under the guarantee. Please note that without this proof any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your purchase receipt or delivery note. - All work will be carried out by OneClick or its authorised agents. - Any parts which are replaced will become the property of OneClick. - The repair or replacement of your product under guarantee will not extend the period of guarantee. - Purchases made through a third party and deemed to be faulty must be returned to this supplier in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished. Here at OneClick we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we work hard to ensure that our customers are happy. The IntelliRange is designed to ensure the quality and reliability performance meets or exceeds internal specifications as well as industry standards and individual customer requirements. We have achieved this by incorporating innovative technology, such as Zero Crossing Detection and Auto Calibration. We have never compromised on the quality of our components, if they don't meet our high standards we don't use them. We believe that selling poor quality products to our customers is absolutely unacceptable. So you can have peace of mind that our products have also been engineered with quality and longevity in mind. However as with all electronic items there are of course, occasions when products fail through fault of manufacture. We do everything in our power to ensure that this doesn't happen. We employ an in house multi stage testing process which means that our components and our products are rigorously tested at each stage of the manufacturing process. The finished product is then externally batch tested by independent engineers before it leaves the manufacturers premises. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with any of our products which is beyond its limited warranty period (Out of warranty), OneClick at their discretion, will inspect and repair or replace* it on a flat fee basis:IntelliPlugs - £15 each IntelliPanels - £20 each The price covers testing, repair, a replacement* should your item be beound economical repair, administration, VAT and return postage and packaging costs. There are 3 steps to this process: 1. Complete the Technical Enquiry Form. 2. Complete the Detailed Description of Problem asking for an Out of Warranty RMA number. 3. We will send you a pro-forma invoice, delivery note and RMA number together with full instructions on how to proceed. *OneClick reservers the right to replace an item which is beyond economical repair with an updated version. If OneClick provides a service under warranty, the terms of the warranty and applicable provisions of law will cover defects in materials and workmanship that arise during the remaining warrant or 90 days after the service, whichever provides longer coverage for you. If OneClick provide a service outside of warranty, OneClick warrants that the repair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the returned product ship date.
BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM, YOU MUST CONFIRM THE DETAILS OF ANY PROBLEMS YOU MAY BE EXPERIENCING IN WRITING TO ONECLICK. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA THE 'CONTACT' SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE.
