We offer our customers a 12 month guarantee on all of our products.

Here at OneClick we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we work hard to ensure that our customers are happy. The IntelliRange is designed to work for up to 15 years. We have achieved this by incorporating innovative technology, such as Zero Crossing Detection and Auto Calibration. We have never compromised on the quality of our components, if they don’t meet our high standards we don’t use them.

We believe that selling poor quality products to our customers is absolutely unacceptable. So you can have peace of mind that our products have been engineered (over engineered, some might say!) with quality and longevity in mind.

However as with all electronic items there are of course, occasions when products fail through fault of manufacture. We do everything in our power to ensure that this doesn’t happen. We employ an in house multi stage testing process which means that our components and our products are rigorously tested at each stage of the manufacturing process. The finished product is then externally batch tested by independent engineers before it leaves the manufacturers premises.
