Re-set procedure TVA105

If you have found that your TV/AV IntelliPlug is switching your peripherals and Master Device off without any instruction from you or if they switch off after only a few moments, don´t worry the plug isn´t faulty it just needs to re-calibrate to your equipment. Do do this please follow the steps below:

  1. Switch OFF the TV IntelliPlug at the mains supply and ensure the TV is in the Master Socket.
  2. Wait 5 seconds.
  3. Turn on the TV IntelliPlug at the mains supply.
  4. Wait 5 seconds and make sure the Red LED is off.
  5. Turn ON the TV IntelliPlug with the remote control or by pressing the magic button once.
  6. Wait 5 seconds.
  7. Turn ON the television in the normal manner.
  8. Wait 5 seconds.
  9. Turn OFF the television in the normal manner.
  10. Wait for the IntelliPlug to deactivate (Red LED off and the Sky Socket Off).
  11. Wait for the Sky Socket to return to standby state (this should take about 15 seconds)

This should calibrate the TV IntelliPlug and is now ready for use.

Please remember, once the TV IntelliPlug is activ ated you need to press the remote control again to turn on the television - TWICE when you want your equipment ON and ONCE when you want it OFF.
